60 Day Risk Free Guarantee -
Our customers come before anything! If you succeed, we succeed as well. We will be behind you 100% on your sunglass venture. Offering the best styles and quality in the industry. If you are not pleased with your merchandise you may return it to us within 60 days from the day you receive you order. We will exchange your item for new products, credit your account for future purchases, or refund your charge back to you, which ever you decide. This being said, your only charge will be shipping back to us, and a 20% restocking fee.

Return -
If you want to return your merchandise to us please email us requesting an RMA number. This will assure your return gets handled in the correct way. Before emailing us please read the terms below and makes sure your return fits our guidelines.
1) Packages returned back to us without an RMA displayed on the exterior of the package will be rejected. Please make sure your RMA number is displays neatly on the package.
2) All merchandise must be returned in original packaging and boxes. For returns wishing to receive a refund, an RMA must be requested from the company within 7 days of receipt of the products. Items MUST be returned in the manner in which they were shipped to the customer, in their poly bags, in FULL dozens. Mixed dozens, or dozens missing glasses will not be accepted. For returns wanting an exchange, the customer must request an RMA within 30 days of receipt of their products, and as detailed previously, the items must return to us in the same condition you received them.
3) All sunglasses must be sent back in its full dozen. All styles within the dozen must be the same style, just as you received it. We will not accept mix and matched dozens.
4) All original packaging, tags, display boxes, poly bags, and stickers must still be attached.
5) The purchaser is responsible for all shipping related costs.
Please make sure you buy insurance and a tracking number for your return package. We are not liable for your package until it arrives and has been signed for by our warehouse.
Canceled Orders:
After your order is placed with us and choose to cancel it while it is in route to you, you will be responsible for all shipping charges. The package will incur shipping charges to and from your location. Canceled orders are also subject to a 20% restocking fee. If you have further questions about this matter please give us a call.
Issuing Credits / Refunds:
Once we receive your package it takes about one week to process. If you are receiving a credit on your bank card, we handle these immediately but sometimes it may not appear until you receive your next bank statement.
